The Patient Rating score is derived from care-provider related questions on our patient experience survey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score. Comments also displayed in their entirety. Patients are de-identified for confidentiality and patient privacy.
Why no ratings? In order to provide our patients and visitors with the most accurate information, we only post physician satisfaction data when a physician has received a minimum of 30 returned surveys. For this provider, we have not yet received the minimum. To learn more about the survey, visit our about the survey page.

  • Aug 25, 2020Dr. Brown is one of the best doctors I've had both in terms of knowledge and caring attitude - my daughter and I both see her and I have recommended many of my friends to her as well.
  • Aug 25, 2020Dr Brown is consistently very responsive & has great communication skills
  • Aug 17, 2020Dr Brown is a very professional, yet personal physician. She has been our family physician for over 10 years. She and her staff are top notch.
  • Aug 12, 2020I felt like Dr Brown was just going through the motions and really didn't care what I had to say about my health concerns. I have had problems that she always attributes to allergies when I don't have any seasonal or other allergies. My blood test results were never brought up and discussed with me and I realized when I got home that I was not even offered opportunity to look at or discuss them. Never discussed any shots I needed to be current on until I asked about the flu shot and when I left no one offered to make my next yearly appointment. I am looking at changing doctors.
  • Aug 6, 2020Dr.Brown went out of her way to show me where to purchase some items that may help alleviate some pain issues I'm having.
  • Aug 4, 2020AFTER MY EXAM, I ASKED DR BROWN IF SHE MIND DISCUSSING MY MEDICAL CONCERNS, DIAGNOSIS AND UPCOMING TREATMENT PLANS. SHE IMMEDIATELY SAID SHE WOULD NOT MIND AND GAVE ME THE TIME TO CALL MY DAUGHTERS WHO BOTH LIVE IN OTHER STATES AND SHE WENT INTO FULL DETAILS WITH MY DAUGHTERS AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. THIS SHOWED ME SO MUCH EMPATHY AND CONCERN IN HER PATIENT (ME) AND I FELT IMMEDIATELY ENDEARED TO HER FOR THIS.
  • Aug 4, 2020Jennifer is caring, warm and fuzzy. She puts down her pen, directs her attention to me, not the computer. I feel like she actually knows who I am and cares about my issues.
  • Aug 3, 2020I always have a quality visit with Dr Brown.
  • Jul 30, 2020All good.

  • Jul 14, 2020Dr. Brown can always put her finger on my problem and find a solution
  • Jun 29, 2020Dr. Brown always listens to my issues. She helped me with the problem I was having with my right leg.
