The Patient Rating score is derived from care-provider related questions on our patient experience survey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score. Comments also displayed in their entirety. Patients are de-identified for confidentiality and patient privacy.
Why no ratings? In order to provide our patients and visitors with the most accurate information, we only post physician satisfaction data when a physician has received a minimum of 30 returned surveys. For this provider, we have not yet received the minimum. To learn more about the survey, visit our about the survey page.

  • Dec 24, 2019Dr Greenfield is highly competent and easy going. I appreciate his good care.
  • Dec 12, 2019Doc Greenfield answered my multitude of questions with respect and offered his professional advice where needed. I had a very good check up.
  • Nov 15, 2019understanding and provided excellent care
  • Nov 5, 2019Dr Greenfield is the best
  • Oct 28, 2019Dr. greenfield is an amazing dr. with a superb bedside manner. I always feel better when leaving his office. He. always listens and above all cares about about my family's health.
  • Oct 28, 2019First visit with Dr. Greenfield and I felt very comfortable with our visit. My wife was with me and she is a "retired" ICE/Cath Lab nurse and was most impressed with our visit. He reviewed my recent hospital stay at the campus and asked very good questions on results. Did blood work f/u next day and received a "good" call from Heather that results were good!
  • Oct 21, 2019I had more than a single reason for visiting. I felt rushed with Dr. Greenfield like if I had a second or third issue, I needed to schedule another appointment. I don't like that. I also travel extensively so not only is that a scheduling problem, it feels like a cheap attempt for another copay grab. I don't see a Dr. very often but when I do, I do not like to feel rushed.
  • Oct 21, 2019I didnt get to see my normal doctor this time but the doctor who saw me was great. I felt listened to and cared for. Sometimes you get the feeling in some places that the doctors are in a hurry to get to the next patient but I never get that feeling in the office I go to. Love all of them.
  • Oct 21, 2019after 10 years on never seeing the same physician, I think I have found someone that I can actually have some longevity with and get to know me as a relatively healthy patient. This concerns me as I know, as a soon to be 62 year old, this healthiness won't last forever and I need someone to know my "baseline" for possible future illness.
  • Sep 18, 2019First of all, my regular doctor was not available. The doctor that treated me was one I have never seen prior to this visit. I came with the start of, what I thought was, poison ivy (PS). I explain that I get it every year and always get a shot. All he needed to do was review my records. I tried to explain that both my husband and son had PS and had already received a shot and z-pac. He told me PS was not contagious (for those of us that are allergic to PS that is not the case) and then told me he didn't know what was going on with me. He would not give me a shot but prescribed an ointment. I walked out of there very confused and frustrated. Over the next 4 days, I proceeded to break out in a rash because he would not give me a shot. It was miserable. Should have went to an Urgent Care. The professionals on SM Parkway know me and my husband and they would have believed me. Never, Never will I ever want to be seen by him again!!!!
  • Aug 28, 2019Just checked the boxes on the computer, spent the majority of the time on the computer.
  • Aug 27, 2019Great Experience
  • Jul 16, 2019Dr. Greenfield is great! I have complete trust in him.
  • Jul 16, 2019excellent treatment
  • Jul 11, 2019If there was a way that the same doctor would stay at this location, that would be the best overall experience. At my age I am looking for someone that I could get to know.
