Mar 27, 2019Dr. Moore seems distracted during my visit. This is the second visit with him that I have felt this way. I do not feel I have his full attention. I felt I had to keep trying to get his attention to talk to me about my issues.

Feb 14, 2019There's no "one experience" really to speak of-there's just a general standard I'm familiar with in regards to Dr. Moore. Dr. Moore, is and has been for a few years now, my #1 favorite doctor and my go-to partner in most all my healthcare decisions. He is personable while remaining professional, he is punctual, he is knowledgeable, and he speaks my language. He always responds promptly to all my inquiries and concerns, and because of all this I am a happy patient. As far as referrals, I do refer folks to his practice fairly frequently, but I only send those that I think will be equally respectful, kind, and courteous of him and the office. This practice is what I consider to be my "healthcare family/foundation" so as much as I am sure they are concerned with my patient satisfaction, if there's anyway I can contribute to their job satisfaction, then I try to do what I can.In conclusion, they're the best and I assure you I do not think this highly of all the offices I find myself in for my variety of health problems. Dr. Moore (and staff) have earned this respect and recognition from me through their consistency, dedication, and the quality of care they provide.
Feb 13, 2019I felt he was rushing through the appointment and was not giving the thought and clear response to me. He told me I had a Hernia but we really did not discuss it much, I have a spot of cancer on my leg and we really did not discuss this either
Jan 29, 2019Dr. Moore is the best Doc I have found in the KC area, ie., Caring for his patience, ease of me understanding what is happening to me, because he explains it so well. I recommend him to any (all) of my clients (I'm a tree doc) that talk about their bad experiences with their Doc.

Dec 20, 2018In my 12 previous years with Dr. Moore, the scores for the questions above would have been 5. HOWEVER, since the move to the new location, all of my comments about the previous questions regarding the nurse apply to the doctor. He appears so rushed that the previous quick chats about families or travel have diminished. The eye contact has diminished as he focuses on the computer records. Granted, previous records are at the fingertip, but doctoring has moved to a "look up" service rather than an intake/assessment. A more relaxed atmospere that encourages questions and concerns is no longer part of the meeting. I feel rushed and feel like I am bothering him with questions not specifically related to his delivery. I would really like to say, "Stop. I am the customer here and I want to go at a slower pace." I may have to advocate for myself in this manner if tools like this survey do not bring forth change. Again, I feel sorry for anyone working under this stress and question if symptoms could be missed in the rush.
