This class is for all levels of practice. Much too often, our lives move quickly and we do not take the time to rest and rejuvenate. This class is the solution to that problem. Gentle Yoga is appropriate for seniors or for students who simply prefer to move at a slower pace. We will explore range of motion in a variety of restorative postures. We will also use props such as the wall, blankets, bolsters, blocks, chairs and straps to modify postures and to explore gentle opening of the body. This class includes breathing exercise and meditation. If you are overstressed, tired, or just want to relax, this class is for you.
