Session 1 covers child/infant CPR and child AED. Session 2, the following week, covers child/infant choking, and pediatric first aid. Session 1 and 2 combined are designed for anyone 14 years or older to meet the regulatory requirements for child care workers in all 50 U.S. states. AHA Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Course Completion Card issued after session 2 and valid for 2 years. Keyring masks available in class payable by check or cash. Student must cancel/transfer within 24-hours of the start of class to receive a full credit. A $15 fee is assessed for transfers or cancelations within less than 24-hours.

They should dress comfortably and have no illness or physical limitations that would prevent them from performing these skills. Manikins can be placed onto a table to accommodate some limited physical constraints. Students that display obvious signs of contagious illness will be sent away and asked to reschedule. Students cannot bring children with them to this class. Students must be age 15 or older. Class is updated with the 2015 AHA curriculum changes. A AHA BLS Provider student book will be provided in class. Only 1 registration per person allowed and all participants must be registered under their own name.
