Very nice doctor, very honest and open and answered all my questions.

I just didn't feel like my reason for the visit was the top priority. It turned into a well visit and nothing was done about my eye or ear. I understand where doctor was coming from in not prescribing something but my eye and ear are still bothering me and have not improved at all.

My old internist, just handed me a pamphlet about diet and exercise, Dr. Swan took the time to get to know me, and my relationship with food. It wasn't enough for him to hear that I liked eating, he wanted to know why. He dug deeper to find the roots of the problem so he can help me better. I have not had an internist before who took the time to do this with me before. Most doctors visits I have had in the past were in and out in 15 minutes, Dr. Swan took an hour and an hour well spent to save my life. He really showed me that he cares about me and wants to help me lose this weight for good.

Dr. Swan is amazing. I would say he is the best GP I've ever had. He listens, and talks about options for your care. I always feel as though I am active participant in my care.

Dr. Swan was great. He fully listened and took notes even though I was somewhat rambling. He put me at ease and then started to lay out the best way forward until we could check in again after the methods had a chance to take effect. He included me in the discussion and decisions and talked to me not over me. Happy he will be my new family practice physician!

there were a lot of conditions to discuss for a first visit and I left feeling some were not addressed. some of the notes in my portal are not quite right. Time may have been a factor.
