History was based on medical records more than an interview of me and my current situation. While efficient, it was less engaging than I wished. While this may be an effective approach for most people, I am trained in the medical field and would have appreciated a more engaged discussion.

Dr. Greenfield made sure to fully understand my situation, and told me what the plan going forward was, and what other options there were if plan A didn't work.
