  • 2 Tablespoons Protein Powder (optional)
  • 1 Teaspoon unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Flaxseed Oil
  • ½ Banana
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 2 Dates
  • ½ Cup Ice
