Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Skewers

Looking for a twist on Teriyaki Chicken? Try marinating chicken cubes in your teriyaki marinade of choice, then grill on skewers with bell pepper and pineapple.

Grilling the fruit will add just a bit of sweetness, complementing your protein choice nicely. Whole pineapple pairs nicely with bell peppers for a ton of fiber and balanced sweetness. We’ve also done this with tofu cubes as well, which tastes just as delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts, cubed
  • Teriyaki marinade of your choice
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 1 Pineapple, cubed
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in teriyaki for up to 24 hours.
  2. Cube chicken and pineapple and thickly slice bell pepper. Place on skewers.
  3. Grill and serve hot.
