Strawberry Banana Smoothie

This fruity beverage makes a great snack, dessert or light breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 12 strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 carton low or no-fat yogurt
  • 1 T. whey protein
  • Handful of ice

Instructions

  1.  Add low or non-fat milk for a thinner smoothie.
  2. Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
